Allie and Henry met at William & Mary Law School in 2019. Allie moved to Williamsburg from California after attending the University of San Diego for undergrad and Henry moved from Texas after graduating from Baylor University. While Allie and Henry were friends for the majority of law school, it was not until their third year when Allie and Henry began dating. Allie went to Henry's house for a Halloween party, where Henry was dressed in a head-to-toe skin-tight skeleton costume. Rumors have it that it was the skeleton costume that won her over.

Post law school, their paths were going in different directions, with Allie having accepted a job at a firm in San Francisco and Henry having accepted a job with a firm in Houston. So, Allie and Henry began dating long distance, visiting each other monthly. Each month was filled with two days of sushi dates, coffee walks, hikes, mini-road trips, etc. After a few red eyes and lost passports later, they decided that life was way more fun in the same city. So, Henry decided to take the California bar and accepted a job with a firm in San Francisco.

After Henry moved, life did get way more fun. So fun, in fact, that just a few months later, Henry proposed to Allie on Thanksgiving Day 2023, back where it all began - the 'Burg (though unfortunately not wearing his skeleton costume this time).

Fun fact: December 20 is a very special date in Allie's family as her Nana and Papa were also married on that date. They were married for 68 years and their marriage was the anchor for the ever-growing Fellows family.
